Fastway Couriers
Peak Marketing supplies courier uniforms to our company Fastway Couriers, in Australia and New Zealand. With around 900 Courier Franchisees drawing on this stock, and often needing items quickly, close attention must be paid to the maintenance of stock levels. Past experience has shown us that it is extremely difficult to find a supplier who is both capable and willing to monitor stock levels to this degree. We have been very pleased with the service level Peak has provided, and feedback from our franchisees backs this up. Furthermore, our franchisees have commented favourably on the improved quality and styling of the garments provided through Peak than our former supplier. Knowing that we required urgent assistance to change over from a former supplier, Stephen Hardy, the principle of Peak Marketing went out of his way to help us make the transition as quickly as possible, finding solutions for the change over, and ensuring the continuation of our supply line with a minimum of fuss. Since then his staff have taken over the management of our account in a professional and friendly manner. On the basis of our experience I am pleased to recommend Peak Marketing.
